About the Role
- We are looking for enthusiastic, tech-savvy MBA graduates specializing in Marketing & Sales with an undergraduate degree in IT/Computer Science (B Tech, BE, BCA, etc.). The ideal candidate will support business growth by identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, and promoting IT services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through research, marketing, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
Key Skills
- Excellent Communication – verbal and written fluency in English; other regional languages a plus.
- Adaptability & Improvisation – ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments.
