About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Python Full Stack Developer (Fresher) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, Django/Flask, Frontend Technologies (React/Angular/Vue), Databases, and API Development. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to work on exciting projects, learn from experienced developers, and grow in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django/Flask) for the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) for the frontend.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Firebase for data management and retrieval.
- Design, develop, and test RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in both frontend and backend components.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best coding practices.
- Participate in code reviews, agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle processes.
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends in Python and full-stack development.
- Assist in documentation, testing, and deployment of applications.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have but Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Testing Frameworks like PyTest, Selenium, or Jest.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and knowledge of frameworks like Django or Flask.
- Frontend Development: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend libraries/frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- API Development: Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how they interact with frontend applications.
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab for source code management.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to Learn: Passion for technology and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
