At GRhombus, we had the privilege of partnering with Veeva, a leading US-based client, under the BOT model for over four years. Throughout this engagement, our team worked closely with functional QA teams and developers to gain a deep understanding of the product’s features and effectively automate the testing process.
We utilised Selenium and Java with the TestNG framework for UI automation, and RestAssured with a data-driven framework for API automation. Over 3.5 years, we successfully automated huge volume of test cases, significantly improving testing efficiency and accuracy. Beyond feature automation, we were also responsible for addressing defect fixes from failing daily pipelines in Jenkins, ensuring stability across automated processes.
In addition to automation, our team proactively recommended product improvements to the development team, many of which were considered and implemented, further enhancing the product’s functionality and performance.
Starting with a single-member team, we grew to a 90-member team by the end of the project. We took the initiative to learn and implement Veeva’s custom frameworks and integrated tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Kibana, streamlining the CI/CD process and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. By the end of the four years, we had gained in-depth knowledge not only about the product itself but also about the tools and frameworks integral to IQUVIA’s operations.
Veeva was very satisfied with our team’s contributions and performance, ultimately acquiring all the resources and converting them to full-time employees (FTE).
